Valid BOE must be obtained and provided to EHD prior to fuel drop and must be uploaded into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />24. Hazardous material or waste cannot be released (intentionally or unintentionally) to the sewer/septic, storm <br />water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous <br />waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br />25. Submit to CERS all applicable hazardous materials, hazardous waste and UST submittals. This submittal <br />must be approved by the EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />26. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results must be received prior to receiving fuel. <br />27. All outstanding up-to-date permit fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to operate. <br />28. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
