Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies <br /> of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site <br /> for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for <br /> the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> 114 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> Bills of lading or manifests for the management of lead acid batteries for the last three years were not found on site. A <br /> copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading or <br /> manifests for lead acid batteries for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> 117 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> 1-55g drum of used oil was seen without a start accumulation date . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of <br /> hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up <br /> to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br /> submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> 1-55g drum of used oil was not labeled. A blank hazardous waste label which appeared to have fallen off was on the <br /> ground near the drum. . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
