A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for <br /> the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Because it can not be determined how long the filters have been <br /> onsite, Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that <br /> generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filters <br /> under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site to investigate complaint C00038890. It was determined this facility generates hazardous waste during <br /> routine maintenance of fleet of trucks. Added Dehal Trucking to inventory. M & J transportation was not added to <br /> inventory as a hazardous waste generator, that business changes truck tires. <br /> NOTE: This is an amended inspection report and supersedes the previous version. No additional violations were <br /> added, statements for each individual violation was added. Violation 104 was deleted. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by December 25, 2014 . <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Jit Singh . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) information online to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields. No later than <br /> January 1, 2014, all APSA data must be entered and or updated in CERS. <br /> All violations are currently minor except violation 601.
