0011 <br /> CONESTO 3A-ROVERS <br /> &ASSOCIATES <br /> March 24, 2015 Reference No. 080238 <br /> -5- <br /> Response to Comments and Final Document: Following the close of the public comment period, CRA <br /> will review the comments received on the Draft MND/IS and notify TUSD if any comments raise issues <br /> not anticipated in the scope of work. CRA will prepare written responses to all comments submitted on <br /> the Draft MND/IS. In addition, any necessary changes to the text of the Draft MND/IS will be made. The <br /> Administrative Draft Final MND/IS(one electronic and one hard copy)will be prepared and submitted <br /> for review and comment. <br /> Following the District's final review and approval of the Administrative Draft Final MND/IS,CRA will <br /> incorporate comments and prepare the Final MND/IS.The responses to comments document, in <br /> combination with the Draft MND/IS and the MMRP will form the Final MND/IS. One electronic copy and <br /> one hard copy will be delivered to TUSD for distribution. In addition,CRA will prepare a draft (electronic <br /> copy) Notice of Determination for TUSD to file. <br /> 2.0 SCHEDULE <br /> CRA will begin preparation of the Phase II work plan and CEQA studies immediately following client <br /> authorization to proceed. It is estimated that the Phase II work can be completed and a draft report <br /> provided to TUSD within three to 4 months from notice to proceed. The draft CEQA IS/MND,which <br /> must by necessity follow after the results of the Phase II, can be provided within a 5 to 6 month <br /> timeframe. <br /> 3.0 COST ESTIMATE <br /> CRA's estimated costs to complete the Scope of Work presented in this proposal are presented in <br /> Table 1. CRA's services will be conducted on a time and materials basis according to CRA's Standard <br /> Terms for Professional Services with TUSD,effective date November 13, 2012. In accordance with CRA's <br /> Proposal for Environmental Consulting Services dated November 13, 2012, CRA will extend a <br /> $2,000 credit from the Phase I ESA to this project,which is noted in Table 1. <br /> To authorize CRA to proceed with the proposed services please sign and date the attached <br /> Task Order No. 15-1 and return via mail,fax(510-420-9170) or email (pmasson@craworld.com). <br /> Worldwide Engineering,Environmental,Construction,and IT Services <br />
