The inspection noted the <br /> following violations which I have addressed below: <br /> 19. Two 55-gallon drums had accumulation start dates of 2-2-09 & 2-17-09. Correct <br /> immediately by disposing of hazardous waste within 90 days of accumulation start date. <br /> Both drums were disposed of on 06-25-09 within the 90 day period. Completed and <br /> signed manifests have not yet been supplied to us by the waste transporter. The <br /> disposal site has 45 days to submit these manifests to the waste transporter. We <br /> have been in contact with our waste transporter and they will forward these <br /> manifests to us as soon as they receive them. <br /> 27. At time of inspection, 1 did not observe the designated facility to generate signed <br /> copies of manifest 000777548GBF& 002301031 FLE. Correct immediately by keeping <br /> signed copies for 3 years. Please find attached copies of manifest 000777548GBF & <br /> 002301031FLE which were generated and signed by the facility indicated on the <br /> manifests. These copies will be kept on site for 3 years. <br /> 29. At time of inspection, 1 did not observe exception reports for the above mentioned <br /> manifests. Correct immediately by submitting an exception report to the Dept. if the <br /> generator has not received a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the <br /> owner or operator of the Designated Facility within 45 days of the date the waste was <br />
