Correct immediately <br /> by labeling each shipment of UW per 662733.34 CCR. UW lamp containers are now <br /> being labeled to identify the type of UW it contains. Please see <br /> attached records. <br /> 89. Two 55-gallon drums that used to contain Haz Waste/Haz Mat were not marked with <br /> the date it was emptied/not managed w/in one year of being empty. All drums bearing <br /> labels from prior use have been removed from the site. None of the drums which <br /> have been removed were used to contain Hazardous Waste or Hazardous Materials. <br /> All remaining drums used to contain Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Materials <br /> have been labeled properly and will be disposed of within 90 days of label date. <br /> 89. An empty HW or Haz Mat container (larger than 5 gallons) was not marked with the <br /> date it was emptied/not managed within one year of being emptied. This container has <br /> been properly disposed of by American Valley Waste Oil.
