A DRAFT Return to Compliance certificate---t/b finalized after you have reviewed the Final DRAFT of
the SPCC plan (which will ultimately be paginated and wet-stamped by our PE upon your
recommendations)--SPC Corp will ultimately assist the owner/operator in the completion of this
submittal.
2. A Final DRAFT of the current SPCC plan (to be re-composed and re-certified in January of 2020) with all
revisions identified by greenline text. The greenline text will be converted to blueline text following
your review/approval of the said revisions. This is in accordance to traditional "sound engineering
practices" to create an audit trail for revisions. Following PE wet-stamp/certification,the
owner/operator will be requested to provide you a formal copy of the document. The Final SPCC plan
will include:
a) a copy of the NOV
b) a copy of the Return to Compliance certificate
c) both entries will also be paginated in the Table of Contents for cross-reference purposes
per your requirements.
3. Current photo supplement to the Final DRAFT SPCC plan; we have NOT included diagrams, schematics,
aerial layouts as they remain in electronic format to be revised as you stipulate. They will eventually be
included in the final section of the Final SPCC plan.
Thank you for your patience in this project;we/SPC Corp recognize there are some remaining steps to reach
compliance in your jurisdiction--the owner/operator is undertaking these and will independently coordinate
them with you (e.g., installation of O/F boxes, removal/replacement of gasoline tank, signage of"out-of-
service" containers, etc.). Feel free to contact me for any additional issues you feel need to be addressed to
bring this FBO into compliance.
3
