Provide a corrective action statement to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Several pounds of metal fines generated by the brake rotor shaving machine were not stored in a closed, labeled, <br /> hazardous waste container. <br /> Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion,or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> Immediately collect the metal fines and place in a closed, hazardous waste labeled container.
