San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.slgov.org/ehd <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TONYS AUTO SERVICE 1951 S EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON ]January 03, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze(3/4 full)was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue and one white 55 gallon metal drum containing used oil(1/2 full, 3/4 full)were observed missing the <br /> accumulation start date,the contents,the physical property,the hazardous property,the name and address of the <br /> generator, and the words"hazardous waste." <br /> -One white 5 gallon poly drum containing used absorbent(1/2 full)was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One white 5 gallon poly drum containing waste gasoline(1/4 full)was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 2, 2019 . <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
