Inspection report completed on 8/20/10. <br /> Additional violation (57) added to inspection report. <br /> Class II violations: (20, 27) <br /> 20. (REPEAT VIOLATION) A 55 gallon drum labeled 'non-RCRA hazardous waste, solid' was observed <br /> with no hazardous properties or accumulation start date. A 30 gallon container of used antifreeze was <br /> observed without a label. A 5 gallon container of emulsion/oil/absorbent was observed with no <br /> hazardous properties listed. A container used as secondary containment for a 5 gallon bucket of asphalt <br /> release agent was observed containing waste liquid with no label. All containers of hazardous waste <br /> shall be labeled with the following- <br /> - Words 'Hazardous waste' <br /> - Generator name & address <br /> - Accumulation start date <br /> - Contents <br /> - Physical state <br /> - Hazardous properties <br /> Immediately label all containers of hazardous waste with the required information. Corrected on site at <br /> time of inspection. <br /> 27. (REPEAT VIOLATION) A container used as secondary containment for a 5 gallon bucket of asphalt <br /> release agent was observed containing waste liquid without a sealed lid. A container holding hazardous <br /> waste shall always be closed except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. Immediately close all <br /> containers of hazardous waste. <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (57, 60, 61, 62) <br /> 57. This facility has been improperly completing manifests. Several addresses are being used as the <br /> generator address, including 2040 Krohn Rd., which is a house across the street. Two EPA ID numbers <br /> have been used interchangeably for both facility maintenance waste and emergency cleanups. The <br /> current EPA ID number for this facility is CAD982497828. The alternate EPA ID number being used, <br /> CAS111111039, is for San Joaquin County / Emergency Response Only.
