Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw rat droppings on floors at brewery room and floors at dry storage room were round tables are <br /> stored.All evidence shall be removed and surfaces sanitized. Continue to set up traps. Contact pest control.facility shall be <br /> pest free. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free;Vermin-Proof <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several entry points on walls are sealed with expanding foam (these are brick walls). In order for rats <br /> from eating through the foam, seal them with plaster/cement. Seal any other entry point, immediately. <br /> There are gaps on the bottom of a couple of doors. Provide door sweeps that will seal gaps. He stated that owner is aware of rodent problem and currently is <br /> working with EcoLab to abate problem. Last visit was 03/28/18. <br /> Observations: Saw rodent droppings on floors at dry storage(back of restaurant). None observed at front section of <br /> restaurant kitchen or bar. Dining room is free of droppings. This is a stand alone building.
