COMPLAINANT IS WORRIED ABOUT <br /> CROSS-CONTAMINATION. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT BACK WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. I observed the employees,working in meat department, during their <br /> selling process, how they are dealing with raw meat.They are wearing gloves, they pick the raw meat and they put a plastic <br /> sheet on scale to weigh it and if customer ask for cutting,they cut it then place it in plastic bag. <br /> One employee was helping 2 customers, he placed the plastic sheet on scale with the first one and he missed with the 2nd <br /> one.
