<br /> temperature of the chicken to 186 F and Char Siu to 135 F(Note: if only time control is used,time log must be maintained
<br /> and dispose PHF within 4 hours.

<br /> running water over thawing shrimps i prep sink, and 2 plastic bins of deep fried items about 6 inches of the floor in risk of
<br /> being contaminated by spraying hose during floor cleaning. Immediately cover food and take measure such as moving food
<br /> to another location to protect from contamination during cleaning,food prep, or thawing.
