COMPLAINANT PUT IN <br /> COMPLAINT WITH FACILITY AND RECEIVED FREE MEAL,WENT BACK ON 6/19/17 830PM FOR FREE MEAL AND <br /> ONCE COMPLAINANT WENT HOME COMPLAINANT SON ATE MORE THAN HALF OF BREAD BEFORE NOTICED IT <br /> WAS COMPLETELY MOLDY, CHECKED OTHER BREADS AND THEY WERE MOLDY AS WELL.ALLEGES THAT <br /> FACILITY IS NOT THROWING OUT BREAD IN TIMELY FASHION BUT SERVING IT PAST EXPIRATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Facility was aware of complaint. Wings cooked to 21 OF at time of inspection. Bread is cooked on site and only kept <br /> for 2 days. Bread on site is not moldy.
