COMPLAINANT PUT IN <br /> COMPLAINT WITH FACILITY AND RECEIVED FREE MEAL,WENT BACK ON 6/19/17 830PM FOR FREE MEAL AND <br /> ONCE COMPLAINANT WENT HOME COMPLAINANT SON ATE MORE THAN HALF OF BREAD BEFORE NOTICED IT <br /> WAS COMPLETELY MOLDY, CHECKED OTHER BREADS AND THEY WERE MOLDY AS WELL.ALLEGES THAT <br /> FACILITY IS NOT THROWING OUT BREAD IN TIMELY FASHION BUT SERVING IT PAST EXPIRATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Wings cooked to 21 OF at time of inspection. Bread is cooked on site and only kept <br /> for 2 days. Bread on site is not moldy.
