Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The dish washer is not dispensing any sanitizer(ran twice 0 ppm Cl/0 ppm CI). <br /> Sanitizer bucket changed. Correct today. <br /> Per kitchen and janitorial staff,facility uses Orkin (last visit was 2 weeks ago). <br /> Observed 7+ bait boxes and glue boards throughout the kitchen and storage areas+ bait boxes at exterior of kitchen. <br /> Recommend monitoring boxes and glue boards daily for new activity.
