Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw dead roaches on light covers in kitchen and a small amount of rodent droppings in two locations <br /> (floors close to syrup boxes and cabinet shelve at sushi).All evidence shall be cleaned by 2 days. He said that he spoke to customer and saw dead roach.
