He stated that none of the employees have been ill. Food is made daily. <br /> Seafood and produce is received 3x weekly, and other food is delivered 2x weekly. <br /> Observations: Food looks fresh. Dinning areas and rest rooms have no offensive odor, hand washing taking place, the 2 door <br /> cooler with produce in kitchen and the soft serve need to be colder. Using time as public health control for sushi, Dish washer <br /> was not sanitizing (corrected).
