COMPLAINANT'S HUSBAND FOUND A BUG, (NOT A ROACH <br /> AND NOT A FLY-HAD NO WINGS), CRAWLING IN BROCCOLI ON PLATE. IMMEDIATELY POINTED OUT TO STAFF <br /> AND STAFF TOLD COMPLAINANT MUST HAVE BEEN A BUG THAT WAS FLYING AROUND THE AREA, <br /> COMPLAINANT SAID BUG HAD NO WINGS AND DID NOT FLY TO PLATE. HUSBAND BEGAN EXPERIENCING <br /> CRAMPING AND STILL IS CRAMPING AS OF 9/28/17 1PM. PLEASE CALL BACK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The soft serve,food on buffet ice bath (potato salad, ect), and the 2 door prep cooler are not cold <br /> enough. Maintain soft serve and the 2 door prep cooler at 41 F or lower.
