COMPLAINANT TOLD A STAFF MEMBER WHO THEN BECAME MAD AT COMPLAINANT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Walk In glass door tracks dirty with food debris. Clean in 1 day. <br /> Wooden broad used as splash guard next to mop sink is warped and getting rotten. Provide permanent splash guard that is <br /> non-absorbent and cleanable that will not become attraction or harbor vermins. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Remove from facility and dispose today; <br /> remove any items that can harbor or transport vermins such as roaches. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leakproof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br /> premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish. Clean in 1 day. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
