COMPLAINANT SAYS <br /> BURGER WAS CUT IN HALF WITH DIRTY KNIFE. NO HAND WASHING BETWEEN TOUCHING DIFFERENT FOODS <br /> AND NO HAIR NETS OR GLOVES USED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of complaint. He stated that knives used to cut sandwiches are only used for that <br /> purpose. He said that they are replaced several times a day, but does not know how often. <br /> Observations: Sat on front counter and noticed that cooks were washing hands between tasks,they are using hats, and a <br /> knife is on prep table. Saw mayo on knife. Gloves are not used (but are not required at this time).
