A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. This is a Class II violation. 121 CCR 2712(f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. An inspection was last done on January 29, 2018 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. During the January 29, 2018 inspection, water was found in the diesel, 87, and 91 submersible turbine pump (STP) sumps, 87 and diesel fill sumps, vent box sump, and under dispenser containment (UDC) sump in dispenser#3/4. The received return to compliance documentation did not adequately address this violation. This information was required to be submitted by March 1, 2018. The adequate return to compliance information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report, submit proof of correction to the EHD.
