The <br /> office is attended during the facility's typical business hours(7:00 AM to 4:30 PM). <br /> SPCC PLAN AMENDMENTS (40 CFR 112.5(a)) <br /> Technical Amendments <br /> In the event there is any change to the facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that <br /> materially affects its potential for a discharge, as described in §112.1(b), this SPCC plan must be <br /> amended. In the event that an amendment is necessary, it must be made within six months of the change <br /> requiring the amendment.
