Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all <br /> manifests for three years or until a copy signed off by the destination facility is received. The signed off copy shall <br /> be retained and made readily available for review for three years. If the generator did not receive a copy of the <br /> manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was <br /> submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter,the generator shall submit a <br /> legible copy of the missing manifest,with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of <br /> delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O. Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. <br /> Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years were not found on site for the oil water <br /> separator. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br /> receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review.The manager was not sure if Ramos Environmental or if Vernon Transportation manages the oil water <br /> separator. Immediately find this information out. If Ramos Environmental manages the oil water separator, submit <br /> disposal records for the last three years to the EHD for review. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 117 HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Inspections were done on 1/27/2016 and 5/10/2017. Inspection reports were issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 2/26/2016 and <br /> 6/9/2017. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator <br /> that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
