All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. "Rotate" is called out as <br />employees change stations. <br />Proper hand washing was observed this date. <br />Remind / re-educate and re-train employees on the frequency requirement for hand washing: before beginning work, before <br />handling food/equipment/utensils, as often as necessary during food prep, when switching from raw to ready-to-eat food, after <br />touching body parts, after using the toilet room, or any time contamination may occur. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
