COMPLAINANT <br /> CONSUMED RIBS, SWEET BEANS, STRING BEANS AND SAUSAGE.APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS LATER BECAME <br /> ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, CHILLS AND ABDOMINAL PAIN. DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. No employees working in day care facility or food facility. 3 employees got their food <br /> handler training. Staff eats from the food eaten by the complainant. Employees are wearing gloves and changing them <br /> between tasks. Chlorine test strips are available. <br /> I investigated how the food, that the complainant ate,was stored and prepared.
