PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per owner, She is aware of the complaint as the complainant called her and she said she will call her back again. <br /> I asked the owner if there is any broken bottles she might be aware of, she denied. By inspecting the back where they prepare <br /> burritos, I saw the prep table is placed in the middle of the kitchen with no evidence of broken glasses or any source of glass <br /> that can be the cause of the complaint.
