Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Senior Supervisor on Duty is aware of the complaint(states that the complaint was posted online. <br /> Senior Supervisor states that the sauce is mixed in the large mixing bowl and is then portioned out by pouring into the tubs <br /> prior to being stored in the walk-in cooler.The tubs are placed on the floor(the floor is plastic lined)due to the weight of the <br /> tubs during active food preparation. No food was observed on the floor at the time of the inspection. <br /> Requirement:All food shall be stored elevated up off the floor by 6 inches. Correct today. <br /> Discontinue concurrent warewashing at the 3-comp sink and active food prep(protection from contamination).
