HAVING TO BOIL WATER ON SITE FOR CLEANING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must u corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR Pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne <br /> illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately Noncompliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Avaitahta <br /> OBSERVAT/ONS:The water heater in the deli and bakery broke. The water heater provides hot water for the restrooms <br /> and the deli and bakery. Meat department and mop sink have a separate water heater. Per manager the part for the water <br /> heater, igniter, has been ordered and it is estimated to be repair by 1/16/18. Water heater is being heated for washing <br /> dishes. Temperature in the wash compartment is 120 F. The staff is washing hands with water n ambient temperature. <br /> There is a hand wash sink with hot water 100 F-120 F at the coffee station 50 feet from the deli and bakery and the <br /> restroom. All staff must use this sink for hand washing in the meant time. The wash water in the 3 comp must be at 100 F <br /> minimum. This requirements must be met until the water heater is repaired.
