If <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> i <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br />�4 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br />! remediation of an underground leaking storageitank site located at <br /> 1044 South Aurora. Street, in the City of Stockton (APN 151-320-18) <br /> on the northeast corner of Jefferson Stree3t, and Aurora Street, has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . ; The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated 'with� underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program; ha`s made a tentative <br />{ determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant" work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmentalj�impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> i <br /> li <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library, 60511N. El Dorado Street, and <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stoektony California, during <br /> normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p:�m. If a written request <br /> by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by June 21, 1993 the tentative decision shall become final <br /> on that date and time. <br /> j All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O.
