The LUFT Manual i,imleaching potential analysis, <br /> specifies a "minimum depth" togroundwater be used in it's <br /> application. Since this value fluctuates, coupled with the fact <br /> that this area has been experiencing consecutive years of unusual. <br /> low rainfall causing a substantial increase in the depth to <br /> groundwater, PHS/EHD interprets the concept of "minimum" to be <br /> somewhat less than the current level of 53 feet. <br /> This of f ice uses the same county " f lood. control - district maps <br /> mentioned in your letter.
