Alex Steele reported a PG&E spill of 2 <br /> gallons of non-PCB mineral oil on Airport Way in Manteca, approximately 500 feet <br /> north of Peach Avenue. Alex Steele said that he will be unavailable to talk to <br /> because he is at the Camp Fire. Alex Steele stated that Dave Larsen is doing the <br /> clean-up and that he is probably done with it by now. <br /> Went out to the site to verify clean-up. Nobody was on site. Clean-up was already <br /> complete. A hole of approximately 4 feet by 2 feet was left and not backfilled yet. <br /> Returned to the office. <br /> 11/21/2018 Finished filling out complaint information, emergency response record, site map, PE 2546 BAKER <br /> 66 min notice to abate, prop 65 and photo log. SC 544 <br /> Emailed notice to abate to Alex Steele at r2sv@pge.com. <br /> Two 55 gallon drums of waste was generated. Waste was taken to PG&E West <br /> Lane Yard. Complaint is connected to PR0513829. <br /> Dave Larsen of PG&E texted the ER phone photos of the spill site, drums of waste <br /> and shipping paper. <br /> 01/22/2019 Emailed Alex Steele at r2sv@pge.com for the analytical for this spill. PE 2546 BAKER <br /> 6 min SC 544 <br /> He emailed me the PCB analytical. Results were non-detect.
