Spill area covered an <br /> approximate area of two by four feet and approximately two feet deep. No waterways or storm drains were impacted. Two <br /> 55 gallon drums of waste was generated. Waste was taken to the PG&E West Lane Yard. PG&E to provide San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department with analytical and final disposal records for the waste generated. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> • Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br /> ° Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br /> El Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br /> Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br /> 11 Other Violation <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> ° Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br /> • Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br /> • Other Correction <br /> Provide EHD with PCB analytical. <br /> COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br /> rate.
