The Business <br /> Plan is filed with local regulating authorities such as the Fire Department or County <br /> ' Department of Health. Its purpose is to inform local authorities of the possible presence of <br /> hazardous materials, information which may be useful in the event of an emergency. Site <br /> personnel were aware of this requirement but could not confirm that a Business Plan had <br /> ' been prepared and submitted to local authorities. <br /> Structures <br /> Car Showroom and Sales and Administration Offices <br /> iThe auto showroom, sales and administration offices covered approximately 10,700 square feet <br /> and was constructed of masonry brick and steel. The interior walls were constructed of wood <br /> paneling and sheetrock. The ceiling consists of two feet by two feet acoustical panels in a drop <br /> ' ceiling. The floor is covered with one square foot terracotta tiles in the showroom, and carpet <br /> in the offices. The electricity, heating, and water were functioning at the time of the inspection. <br /> The utilities for the site are public water and sewer. The floor plan for the building is shown on <br /> ' Figure 5.
