Prior to development,the site consisted of vacant farmland. <br /> Soils <br /> The soils of the subject properties are reported by the USDA as San Joaquin County, California, <br /> composed of Stockton-Urban land complex, 0 to 2 percent slopes. <br /> Geology <br /> According to the Geological Map of California, the subject properties are located within the Qb: <br /> Quaternary Recent Basin Deposits of the Great Valley. <br /> Topography <br /> According to the most recent USGS Topographic maps covering the subject properties and vicinity, <br /> the subject property is relatively flat and lie about 27 feet above mean sea-level. <br /> 3. PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Sampling Strategy <br /> This investigation is intended as a screening-level tool to determine whether petroleum and volatile <br /> organic compound(VOCs)related impacts to the subject property exists at the specific portions of <br /> the property discussed below. <br /> The area of concern was the oil water separator.
