SUMMARY <br /> Enviro Assess has been retained by Mr. Mataga, to conduct a Phase II Environmental Investigation at <br /> 3261 Auto Center Circle, Stockton, CA 95212. The property uses oil related chemicals and has an <br /> oil/water separator on site. <br /> Our office previously completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (August 2013) in which we <br /> identified the site is currently an used automotive dealership with service and detailing departments. <br /> The workplan is organized into the following sections: general information, health and safety plan, <br /> groundwater sampling procedures, proposed time schedule for work, and report preparation. We <br /> understand the investigation may not proceed until after Owners and County's approval of the workplan. <br /> A California licensed engineering geologist will oversee the investigation on the site. <br /> 2.
