The excavation <br /> will continue both laterally and vertically until both TTLC concentrations are less than 1.0 ppm and <br /> the STLC concentrations are less than 0.1 ppm. <br /> The excavated soil will be temporarily stored onsite on plastic sheeting. EMC will collect samples of <br /> the stockpiled soil for TCLP analysis. EMC will evaluate disposal options based on the analytical <br /> results of the stockpiled soil. For the purpose of this workplan,EMC has assumed that the <br /> contaminated soil will be classified as hazardous waste. EMC will profile this material for transport <br /> by manifest and disposal at an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of the soil remediation,EMC will prepare a report documenting the excavation and <br /> disposal of the contaminated soil. Analytical results of the clearance samples and stockpile sample <br /> will be presented with laboratory reports. <br /> EMC is prepared to begin the tasks of this workplan upon approval and receipt of authorization from <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services.
