During borehole drilling, contamination was noted in the soil samples by the geotechnical <br /> engineer. <br /> ' I A soil sample was collected at 10 feet bgs in SB-1 and two soil samples were collected <br /> 1.5 and 10 feet bgs in SB-2. <br /> 4. The boreholes were grouted up with neat cement grout. <br /> 5. The two 10 foot soil samples were submitted to Sherwood labs and tested for TEPH-D, <br /> MO by EPA method 8015m. <br /> 2.0 SITE GEOLOGY <br /> The soils beneath the site consisted of very dark brown, slightly plastic clay down to the <br /> capillary fringe, 6.5 to 7 feet bgs. The soil then became a lighter brown color and very <br /> plastic. <br /> 1 <br />
