Mr. Driver 1 - 2 - 3 September 1999 <br /> potential offsite sources. This is supported by the depth(33 feet) of the only occurrence on-site of the <br /> phthalate. Both compounds are reported to be somewhat degradable in the environment. <br /> GTI has requested closure (no further action) status for this site. Based on the information submitted, <br /> review of available literature, discussion with GTI staff, and investigation records of adjacent facilities <br /> staff concurs with this request. Concurrence is based on review of the information on activities and <br /> conditions as submitted by your consultant, and takes into consideration the removal or remediation of <br /> contaminated soils, and your consultant's determination that the site conditions make this a low-risk site. <br /> Should new information be obtained, additional actions may be required. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Gail Wiggett at (916) 255-3119. <br /> CK E.
