The plan is a proposal <br /> to remediate by vapor extraction and air sparging the soil and groundwater that may <br /> have been contaminated due to unauthorized releasespfromjthe UST that was(is) <br /> located on the property. <br /> I! <br /> SJCIEHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts that exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at SJCIEHD, 304 E. Weber Avenue, <br /> Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. -;;5.00 p.m. Final SJCIEHD <br /> approval for the plan is scheduled for May 13, 2002. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to Lori <br /> Duncan, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-0337 or sent in writing to her at 304 E.
