The plan is a proposal <br /> to remediate by vapor extraction and air sparging the soil and groundwater that may <br /> have been contaminated due to unauthorized releasespfromjthe UST that was(is) <br /> located on the property. <br /> I! <br /> SJCIEHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts that exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at SJCIEHD, 304 E.
