Pleasebe aware that currently <br /> Caltrans is out of compliance with the California Code of,Re mations, Title 23, Division <br /> 3, Chapter 16, Underground Storage Tank Regulations Sect o'hs 2722 - 2728 which l <br /> outlines';the requirements of investigation and corrective 'action. <br /> i� <br /> While PHS/EHD understands the financial difficulties that',the State of California <br /> Department of Transportation is currently experiencing,-the compliance with state <br /> regulations is still required.
