i Sco a of this JMP ' <br /> �f This JMP shall include the operation and use of the following vehicles acid equipment: Vehicles to <br /> transport personnel to and from the site, heavy equipment such A' ; drill"rigs, roll off boxes, vacuum <br /> trucks, snow blowers, support equipment such as trailers, backhoes, front end loaders, rollers, etc. <br /> All vehicle operators shall be responsible for ensuring their vehicles are maintained and being familiar <br /> with and obeying all laws related to vehicle operation. <br /> General Hazards <br /> General driving hazards are associated with distractions, other drivers, etc. Please limit distractions <br /> and maintain safe distances from other vehicles. <br /> Y Special note to the vehicle operator that it is their sole responsibility to read and become <br /> L, familiar with the description and stipulations of the JMP prior!to mobilizing to the site. All <br /> drivers will avoid distractions including but not limited to using cell:phones in any form or two . <br /> way radios while driving. <br /> Site Specific Hazards <br /> Movement of pedestrian traffic and heavy equipment around the work area. <br /> Directions: Access to the Site �. <br /> Access to the Site is available on the west side of B Street. Access is available from both directions, <br /> I but be aware that traffic is very fast along that street. Also, be aware of pedestrians and changing <br /> traffic conditions. <br /> Directions: Leaving the Site i <br /> Departure from the Site is also by B Street. It is recommended to turn right so as not to try and cross <br /> both directions of traffic.
