Conduct the Site investigation <br /> The contractor shall implement the approved workplan at the worksite The <br /> contractor is responsible for making arrangements for providing all labor, <br /> equipment and materials necessary to perform the required drilling, <br /> augering, trenching, sampling and laboratory analysis elements Sample <br /> analysis for organics shall be performed by a state certified laboratory <br /> The contractor shall ensure that the laboratory follows the QA/QC protocols <br /> as required by Contract 535515 The following anlytical methods are to be <br /> used to analyze the samples for the contaminants of concern <br /> EPA 8015 modified for gasoline <br /> EPA 8020 for BTX& E <br /> EPA 8010 for Halo Hydrocarbons <br /> EPA 418 1 for oil and grease <br /> EPA 8080 FOR PBCs <br /> Conditions found during the field sampling and analysis may dictate a <br /> change in the investigation level and increase or decrease the quantity and <br /> Iocations of sampling <br /> Field work will be conducted within the limits of an operating maintenance <br /> station and work will have to be conducted accordingly Work locations <br /> within the heavy use areas of maintenance crews may require restoration <br /> work to occur on an on-going basis to insure minimal interruption to use of <br /> the facilities <br /> D Reporting of Investigation Work <br /> The contractor shall report all work done in accordance with the provisions <br /> for Site Investigation Reports and Remedial Action Options of Contract <br /> 53S515 The remedial action option for this report shall be as described on <br /> page 13 and 14 of contract 535515 <br /> III ESTIMATED COST OF WORK <br /> The estimated cost of this TO is developed for accounting and budget <br /> purposesonly The contractor will only be paid for items and quantities <br /> actually performed Additional work or changes in an item or quanitity must <br /> be preapproved by the contract manager <br />
