SECTIONFOi1R Site Management <br /> • The results of the risk assessment and groundwater impact analysis for the Shop 10 can be used in <br /> making the following potential decisions <br /> 1 If the risk levels are unacceptable,the risk assessment and groundwater impact analysis may be <br /> used for evaluating specific remedial action goals and making risk management decisions on <br /> acceptable levels of risk- <br /> 2 If the risk levels are unacceptable,the results may be used to focus possible additional sampling <br /> to further assess the soil and/or groundwater <br /> 3 If the risk levels are unacceptable, the results may be used to focus possible remediation of <br /> CDCs to levels that reduce the risks to human health and groundwater The remedial action <br /> will be targeted to those exposure pathways and media found to exceed allowable risk limits <br /> The costs per degree of risk reduction provided can be conducted to help evaluate the <br /> practicability of optional remedial measures <br /> 4 If the risk levels are acceptable and the groundwater impact analysis indicates acceptable <br /> concentrations, the results can be used to support no fiuther action or implementation of a <br /> groundwater monitoring program to further track concentration trends to confirm that current <br /> source concentrations are stable or dummshung with time <br /> A pnnmy outcome from the implementation of this workplan is in keeping potential additional <br /> investigations focused and to help gather only data that will meet data quality objectives <br /> ® _ T%l ww7 A=ocKromEpoRT D=7.Au*.es►ar. omA sNA 4-1 <br />
