CVRWQCB <br /> has given the EHD a verbal closure concurrence for the site.A Case Closure Summary(CCS)will be <br /> drafted,reviewed and finalized by the EHD by the end of next week.The CVRWQCB is required to <br /> respond to the request for closure concurrence with the CCS.within 30 days from the date of the letter. <br /> At this time,it is necessary to begin the process of Public Participation Notification (PPN) of a minimum <br /> of 60 days.'PPN begins once adjacent and effected occupants/tenants/owners and municipalities have <br /> been notified of the pending closure, distribution of the PPN-Fact Sheet, and posting of the approved <br /> PPN to Geo Tracker.A confidential listing of those notified should be included in the final listing to the <br /> EHD.The EHD will send the PPN to the municipalities.
