CVRWQCB has given the <br /> EHD a verbal closure concurrence for the site.A Case Closure Summary(CCS)will be drafted, reviewed and finalized by <br /> the EHD by the end of next week.The CVRWQCB is required to respond to the request for closure concurrence with the <br /> CCS within 30 days from the date of the letter. At this time,it is necessary to begin the process of Public Participation <br /> Notification (PPN) of a minimum of 60 days. PPN begins once adjacent and effected occupants/tenants/owners and <br /> municipalities have been notified of the pending closure, distribution of the PPN-Fact Sheet, and posting of the <br /> approved PPN to Geo Tracker.A confidential listing of those notified should be included in the final listing to the EHD. <br /> The EHD will send the PPN to the municipalities. Draft a PPN-Fact Sheet on your letter head and forward to the EHD for <br /> approval. Please see the attached example. if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me.
