Wilson Way, Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Notes: <br />- The amount of hazardous waste generated in 2013 could not be determined due to the missing <br />disposal records. However, the hazardous waste generation from January through September 24, 2013 <br />was calculated to be 53.47 tons. <br />- (corrected on site) A blue steel used oil container in the install shop and a white steel used oil <br />container in the truck shop were observed with faded, illegible hazardous waste labels. A 55 gallon <br />black steel drum of spent absorbent was observed outside the evacuation shop with no hazardous <br />property marked. A black steel container of used oil was observed inside the evacuation shop with no <br />hazardous property or physical state marked. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br />following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />The labels were corrected at the time of inspection. <br />- The universal waste from this facility is taken directly across the street for disposal from the other <br />facility, at 1016 S. Wilson Way. <br />- The annual submittal for this facility has not yet been made in the CERS (California Environmental <br />Reporting System).
