ACME TRUCK PARTS <br />Periodic refresher training will be provided in regular meetings conducted by supervisors regarding hazardous <br />communication and chemical hazards. This training is also documented on a sign -in sheet recording employee's <br />attendance and the training topics covered. These records are also maintained with the safety records of the <br />Employee Health and Safety Program. <br />NOTE: It is critically important that all of the Company employees understand the training. If you have any additional <br />questions, please contact the Responsible Safety Officer, Nathan Davidson or any other Management Personnel. <br />When new hazardous substances are introduced, your supervisor will review the above items as they are related to the new <br />material in your work area safety meeting. <br />
