ACME TRUCK PARTS <br />EMERGENCY PROCEDURES GUIDE <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br />In the event of a fire, explosion, spill or any other release, all employees, supervisors and emergency coordinator will obtain <br />specific information about an incident including its impact on people and property. The staff must be able to transit <br />emergency information to management for their use in evaluating the problem. Obtain data concerning the nature of the emergency. Record date, time and details of the incident in the operating log. <br />2. Notify your supervisor and/or emergency coordinator, Nathan Davidson, to obtain additional information necessary for <br />completing an emergency information report form. <br />3. At the direction of your supervisor and/or emergency coordinator, Nathan Davidson, some employees may be <br />requested to help initiate control measures to manage and eliminate the release, fire, explosion, or complete the <br />required emergency shutdown procedure and evacuate the area. <br />SUPERVISOR <br />1. Evaluate the information provided by the employee and obtain additional emergency information as needed by the <br />emergency coordinator or outside agencies. <br />2. Initiate and manage facility control or cleanup counter measures <br />3. Provide continuous updates on the progress of the emergency and its control to the emergency coordinator. <br />4. Carry out evacuation procedures at the request of the emergency coordinator. <br />
