3 3 LABORATORY ANALYSIS AND RESULTS <br />' Fourteen groundwater samples were submitted for analyses to Pace Analytical of <br /> Petaluma, California, a State of California-certified hazardous waste analytical laboratory <br />' The samples were analyzed for the following <br /> o EPA 8015 modified - Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline (TPH-G), <br /> o EPA 8015 modified - Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPH-D), <br /> o EPA 8020 — Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Total Xylenes, (BTEX) and Methyl <br /> Tert Butyl Ether (MTBE), <br />' o EPA 8260— Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), <br /> Tertiary Butyl Alcohol (TBA), Di-Isopropyl ether (DIPE), Ethyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (ETBE), <br />' and Tertiary Methyl Ether (TAME) were analyzed None of the compounds was detected <br /> A summary of the laboratory results for groundwater samples is presented in Table 1 A <br /> copy of the laboratory reports and chain-of-custody records are presented in Appendix B <br /> The following are the results of the groundwater sampling <br /> o TPH-D concentrations were detected in 11 of the 14 groundwater samples (MW-1 <br /> through MW-3, MW-6 through MW-8, MW-10 through MW-12, VW-1 , and VW-2) <br /> Detectable concentrations ranged from 70 to 1000 micrograms per liter (pg/1) The <br /> concentrations are relatively unchanged since the previous quarter's sampling event <br /> TPH-G concentrations were detected in 8 of the 14 groundwater samples (MW-1, <br />' MW-3, MW-6, MW-8, MW-10, MW-11 , VW-1, and VW-2) Detectable concentrations <br /> ranged from 52 to 7,400 pg/I The concentrations are slightly lower or relatively <br />' unchanged since the previous quarters sampling event <br /> 0 BTEX concentrations were detected in 11 of the 14 groundwater monitoring wells <br />' (MW-1 through MW-3, MW-6, MW-8 through MW-12, VW-1 , VW-2) Detectable <br /> concentrations of benzene ranged from 0 65 to 1 ,100 Ng/l The concentrations are <br /> relatively unchanged since the previous quarters sampling event <br /> o MTBE was detected in 1 of the 14 monitoring wells sampled The MTBE <br /> concentration measured in samples from well MW-6 (5 8 ug/1) are slightly lower than <br />' measured in the previous sampling event <br /> 1 <br />' 3 <br /> F Transter\project\Calty09718G0131STOCKTON1gm 198FI N <br />
