Further on-site visual <br /> inspection of the septic system during sampling revealed the septic tank previously believed to not <br /> have a bottom, did have an intact wooden bottom. I <br /> - R <br /> SOIL SAMPLING l <br /> i <br /> On 25 May 2005, an AGE representative met Mr. Michael Infurna of the SJCEHD at the site for <br /> approval of the requested sampling location. Following SJCEHD concurrence, two soil samples + <br /> (STP-1 and STP-2) were collected at the specified locations. Sample STP-1 was collected from <br /> sludges and wastes residing in the interior of the septic tank. STP-21i was collected from the soil <br /> � 1 <br /> E <br /> S37,Shaw Road.
